This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the day you start using the services ("Effective Date"), by and between AAHHOO Corporation DBA Jose Moya, an S Corporation registered in the state of Florida with its principal place of business located at 1084 NW 135th CT, Miami, Florida 33182-2616, hereinafter referred to as "Dr. Moya" or "We", and You ("User", "Client" or "You").
1. MEDICAL ADVICE
Dr. Moya holds a doctorate in human medical sciences, permitting him to practice in specific regions, and the American Board SA-C has authorized him to assist surgeons internationally. With over 35 years of professional experience and multiple published works (www.Amazon.com/author/josemoya), Dr. Moya has provided valuable support to many individuals. If you decide to seek Dr. Moya's guidance, including via social media and the internet, it is entirely your decision and responsibility.
2. COMPENSATION
While Dr. Moya's advisory services are provided free of charge, the necessary resources may require financial investment, time, and dedication. It is your decision and responsibility to acquire, apply, and utilize these resources.
3. PRIVACY
In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), only specific individuals are authorized to view your health data. Should you choose to seek Dr. Moya's assistance and follow his advice, you implicitly authorize Dr. Moya to access your personal health data and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
4. GENETIC TESTING
Under the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), if we decide it would be beneficial to analyze a saliva sample to determine your risk of developing a particular health condition, whether developed or undeveloped, you must provide explicit authorization for this study, analysis, and reporting.
5. ASSISTANT BOT
We use an assistant bot, Chris, to help answer common questions and address concerns. Interactions with Chris can be productive, but if there are queries beyond his capacity, you can request to speak with a live agent or refresh the chat. While Dr. Moya supervises the chat, responses may not be immediate due to other obligations. You can leave your email for a delayed response or try again later. 6. INFORMED DECISIONS

Please note that this Agreement is designed to prevent any malicious activities from users, clients, or third parties. It is your responsibility to adhere to these terms of service while using our services. Failure to comply may result in termination of services and possible legal action.
